Chantel Dartnall – was born in Elandsfontein, South Africa, and grew up on the family farm. Nature has always been in her bones, and it’s a great way for her to escape and reconnect. From an early age, she was intrigued by food, and her great-great grandfather was actually a chef for the Royal Family. Chantel was the first person in her family, however, to open a restaurant. From the beginning, she knew that she wanted something different and unique.
