Of Gabonese origin, it is in Paris that the 30-year-old offers minimalist African cuisine, enhanced with a French touch . A touch that breaks the preconceptions about dishes that are still too little known and that makes her a unique chef.

Daughter of an engineer father and a nutritionist mother, her path already seems to have been mapped out, all decided. It will be studies of engineering or medicine that she will have to embrace like her brothers and sister because, the kitchen, her father does not want to hear about it. With her baccalaureate in hand, she joined a faculty of letters in Gabon, but the mayonnaise did not take. An uncle eventually convinced her parents to let her follow her dreams of cooking in France, convinced that she “could become the personal cook of the Head of State”.
